What a lovely picturesque village. Set in mountains covered in trees. The heritage museum had lots of grassho-zukuri with their distinctive thatched sloping roof to explore. 5 hours was plenty before setting off to Kanazawa.
The other pics are of the hida beef Rich cooked at the table and my enormous tofu block with some rice ball skewers on the side!
